You may also choose alternative authentication methods through our privacy dashboard.

AI Interaction and Personalization

When you interact with our AI assistant, we process your conversations and preferences to provide personalized responses and features. This includes chat histories, interaction preferences, and personalization data. We retain this information only as long as necessary to provide our Services and automatically review its necessity every six months. You maintain complete control over this data through our privacy dashboard, where you can review, export, or delete it at any time.

Media Processing

When you use our AI video editing features, we temporarily process your selected media files solely for the purpose of providing these services. All such files are automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours after the completion of processing. We do not retain copies of your media files beyond this period.

Technical Information

We collect and maintain technical information necessary for the operation and security of our Services, including device specifications, operating system information, performance metrics, and system logs. We retain these technical logs for a minimum period of one year to ensure system security, investigate potential security incidents, and maintain service reliability. These logs are subject to strict access controls and are automatically anonymized where possible.
