Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Looktech's products and services, including Looktech AI Glasses, mobile applications, and associated websites (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Looktech Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in California ("Looktech", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Services. If you are between 16 and 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who will be bound by these Terms.
Not for Medical Use
THE SERVICES ARE NOT INTENDED FOR MEDICAL USE. Looktech's products and services, including any health or wellness features, are designed for general wellness, information, and entertainment purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The Services have not been evaluated by the FDA or other regulatory authorities.
Any health-related information provided through the Services is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals regarding any medical conditions or health-related decisions.
Account Creation and Security
Registration
To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Updating your account information to keep it accurate and current
Security
You agree to:
Create a strong password and keep it secure
Not share your account credentials with others
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to our privacy practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription Options
We offer two subscription plans for our Services:

Payment Terms and Pricing
The subscription prices are listed in the App Store and Google Play Store, and may vary by region. Prices will be displayed in your local currency as determined by the respective app marketplace. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, and any price changes will be communicated to you through the app marketplaces.
For purchases made through the App Store, your iTunes Account will be charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store after purchase.
For purchases made through Google Play, your Google Play account will be charged when you confirm your subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Google Play account settings.
Cancellation and Refunds
Subscription cancellation and refund policies are governed by the respective app marketplace's terms and conditions. We do not directly process refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play Store. Please contact Apple or Google support for refund requests.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership
Looktech owns all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including:
Software
Design elements
Graphics
Text
Data
Patents, trademarks, and copyrights
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Interfere with or disrupt the Services
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services
Reverse engineer or decompile the Services
Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Share your account credentials with others
Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
Upload or transmit malicious code or content
Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with or provide access to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services and make no warranties regarding their quality, accuracy, or reliability. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Device Requirements and Compatibility
To use the Services, your devices must meet certain system requirements. We do not guarantee that the Services will be compatible with all devices or operating systems. You are responsible for ensuring your devices meet the necessary requirements.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOOKTECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Looktech, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For any dispute arising under these Terms, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we are unable to resolve the dispute informally, we each agree to resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules for arbitration of consumer-related disputes.
You may opt out of this agreement to arbitrate by notifying Looktech within 30 days of your first use of the Services. Any arbitration will be conducted in San Francisco, California, unless we mutually agree otherwise.
If any portion of this arbitration agreement is found to be unenforceable or unlawful, the unenforceable or unlawful provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining terms shall be enforced (but in no case shall there be class or representative arbitration).
Nothing in these Terms shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from the courts for matters related to data security, intellectual property or unauthorized access to the Services.
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT BY ENTERING INTO THESE TERMS, YOU AND LOOKTECH ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
Notice to California Residents
If you are a California resident, under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, you may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 N. Market Blvd., Suite S-202, Sacramento, California 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210 in order to resolve a complaint regarding the Services or to receive further information regarding use of the Services.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
